Diversity at Work: Diversity and Inclusion at Work for Educators
Understanding how our own stereotypes impact our work with students are key elements of the educator program. CCEJ provides an environment in which the program belongs to the participants as they learn from each other regarding the issue of how to address sensitive and personal issues relevant to the classroom and their work environment. The participants discover how their perceptions, attitudes and behavior may impact their personal and professional relationships.
